The Sainte Anne Marine National Park was established in 1973 and was the first marine protected area in the Indian Ocean. The park is home to a variety of colourful coral reefs and one of the largest seagrass beds in the granitic islands of the Seychelles, making it a lovely snorkelling and swimming spot.
